Developing an interviewing and hiring strategy takes time and money. The Atchison Workforce Center has invested both in developing a variety of interviewing tips, techniques and strategies which can easily be customized to your business.
We can develop lists of interview questions relevant to your business or industry. We can suggest additional testing and assessment exercises that dig deeper than traditional interviewing techniques. Our staff will even conduct first-round interviews for you, using behavioral event interviewing techniques which will increase the likelihood of workplace success.
